A compelling story started on 1964 when Italo, noted and expert cyclocross rider, decided with his brother Paolo to open a small show of 20 square meters for the selling and maintenance of bicycles in Via Petrella 4 in Milan.<\/p>\n

It is always Italo to transmit the cycling passion to Paolo who in the 1961 begins to ride revealing immediately competitive and successfull and than to dedicate his activity exclusivily in the cyclocross, riding the world championships in Saccolongo on 1979.<\/p>\n

In the meantime the shops becomes too small for the many customers. So Paolo Guerciotti decides to expand the shop opening a new one in corso Buenos Aires. In fact, besides to increase the manufacturing of racing bikes, thanks to the Paolo\u2019s Guerciotti dyanamism, Guerciotti has a real commercial escalation starting to export his products all over the world, and mainly in the USA, sponsoring also in the same time the American Ten Speed Drive \u2013 Guerciotti.<\/p>\n

In these years many important riders win with a Guerciotti bike like G.B. Baronchelli and Giovanni Battaglin.<\/p>\n

Guerciotti | Company history Thanks to the cooperation with these important prof teams Guerciotti realizes more and more advanced in terms of technology and design. For this reason Guerciotti bicycles are beginning to be requested in all markets and the confirmation come from the Guerciotti\u2019s presence in all the major cycling shows (Milano, Colonia, Anheim), in order to let know his jewels.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_4″ _builder_version=”4.6.6″ _module_preset=”default”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.6.6″ _module_preset=”default” text_text_color=”#ffffff” text_line_height=”1.4em”]Always in the 1976 Guerciotti bikes start the cooperation with the cyclocross team GBC directed by Dino Zandeg\u00f9, with the Paolo Guerciotti riding in the team. In the 1977 Paolo Guerciotti found the same cycloross team Guerciotti: GS GUERCIOTTI. This team, in the following years, will become a landmark for the ciclocross in Italy and in the world, getting the surname of \u201cmunltinational in the mud\u201d and the \u201cMapei of cyclocross\u201d, winning 10 world championships. These success were really very important also to gain relevant commercial success. In the 1983 Paolo Guerciotti founded the Guerciotti Export Srl who will see the born of two branchs: the \u201creparto corse\u201d and the wholesaler business. In those years Paolo Guerciotti understands that the market is evolving and in order to be more competitive it is important to offer to all own distributors and dealers a 360\u00b0 service. Thanks to this choice Guerciotti expand also his borders trade, selling also in South America. In the 1984 Guerciotti celebrates 20 years of activity, inaugurating a new building in via Pasteur.<\/p>\n

The 2000s starts with a plan made by the company for a return in the \u201creparto corse\u201d and in the prof circuit. Starting from here, it born cooperation with various teams (juniores, under 23, prof women) who bring victories and great visibility to Guercioti brand. In those years it ride with a Guerciotti bike in the young cathegories riders like Mauro Santambrogio, Jacopo Guarnieri, Adriano Malori and women riders like Vera Carrara, Olga Slyoussareva and Valentina Polkhanova.<\/p>\n

It is in the 2004 that Guerciotti returns in the prof circuit with the Team LPR, directed by Omar Piscina. A new young team who in three years got important success like a Coppa Bernocchi (Danilo Napolitano in the 2005), one stage at the Tour of Swiss (Daniele Contrini) and the participation to historical races like Milano Sanremo and Paris Roubaix. In those years it ridden with Guerciotti also riders like Pavel Tonkov and Dmitry Konyshev who made the history of this sport.<\/p>\n

The return in the prof circuit bring immediately great commercial results who bring Paolo Guerciotti and his son, Alessandro (entered officially in the company in the 2000) to continue to invest in this field to increase the selling. So it born the sponsorships with Gianni Savio\u2019s team in the 2007. From that moment, the great visibility of the team and the athletes who rides on a Guerciotti it brings the possibility to enter in new markets like South Africa and Asia (Japan, Malesya, South Corea and Taiwan). A lot of victories in these years like the successes of Davide Rebellin at the Giro dell\u2019Emilia and Coppa Agostoni and the victory in several national titles in road and time trial.<\/p>\n

Starting from 2010 the Cyclocross Team Selle Italia Guerciotti becomes absolutely the reference team of the italian cyclocross, winning several italian championships (and with three consecutives triplets in the 2012-2013-2014) and in less of ten years winning over 20 italian championships in the cyclocross. The symbol rider is Gioele Bertolini, the new talent of Italian cyclocross.<\/p>\n

In the 2019, Guerciotti comes back to sponsor an italian pro continental team: Team Bardiani CSF. Una storia singolare, avvincente, iniziata nel 1964, quando Italo, noto ed esperto ciclocrossista azzurro, decide con il fratello Paolo di aprire un piccolo negozio di 20 mq per la vendita e la riparazione delle biciclette in via Petrella 4 a Milano.\r\n\r\nE' sempre Italo a trasmettere la passione per la bici a Paolo che nel 1961 inizia a correre tra i giovanissimi, rivelandosi subito competitivo e vincente, per poi dedicarsi esclusivamente al ciclocross e conquistare la maglia azzurra al mondiale di Saccolongo nel 1979.\r\n\r\nNel frattempo il negozio si rivela troppo piccolo per la numerosa ed affezionata clientela. Quindi, si opta per un ampliamento della sede operativa e per il trasferimento in corso Buenos Aires. Infatti, oltre ad incrementare la costruzione di bici speciali da corsa, grazie al dinamismo di Paolo Guerciotti, si registra un'escalation commerciale, iniziando l'esportazione dei propri prodotti, soprattutto in USA, varando nel contempo la squadra americana Ten Speed Drive-Guerciotti.\r\n\r\nE\u2019 proprio in questi anni che il marchio Guerciotti viene conosciuto ed apprezzato in tutto il mondo, ricevendo l\u2019attenzione anche di importanti riviste di settore tra le quali Bicycling (la pi\u00f9 importante rivista americana). Non solo, ma nel 1976, le bici da corsa Guerciotti debuttano in campo professionistico equipaggiando la Fiorella Mocassini, e continuando, successivamente con Fiorella Citroen, Magniflex- Fam Cucine (ottenendo ben 5 vittorie di tappa al Giro d'italia del 1979), Santini-Selle Italia, l'Alfa Lum e la Dromedario-Sidermec.<\/p>\r\n

In questi anni corrono con le biciclette Guerciotti importanti corridori, tra cui G.B. Baronchelli e Giovanni Battaglin.<\/p>\r\n

Guerciotti | Storia della aziendaE\u2019 grazie alla collaborazione con questi team professionistici di alto livello che Guerciotti realizza prodotti sempre pi\u00f9 all\u2019avanguardia sia dal punto di vista tecnologico che dal punto di vista del design. Sempre nel 1976 le bici Guerciotti avviano la collaborazione tecnica con il team ciclocrossistico GBC, diretto da Dino Zandeg\u00f9, con lo stesso Paolo Guerciotti corridore del team; mentre nel 1977 Paolo Guerciotti fonda l'ononimo gruppo sportivo ciclocrossistico: GS Guerciotti. Questa squadra, negli anni successivi, diventer\u00e0 il punto di riferimento del ciclocross in Italia e nel mondo, venendo definita \u201cla multinazionale del fango\u201d e la \u201cMapei\u201d del Ciclocross, conquistando ben 10 campionati del mondo. Questi successi furono importanti anche per conquistare altrettanti successi commerciali. Ormai Guerciotti \u00e8 un marchio conosciuto in tutto il mondo e tutti gli appassionati di ciclismo desiderano e pedalano su una bicicletta Guerciotti.<\/p>\r\n

Nel 1983 Paolo Guerciotti fonda la Guerciotti Export srl che vedr\u00e0 la nascita di due rami: il reparto corse ormai consolidato e la commerciale. In quegli anni Paolo Guerciotti intuisce che il mercato sta evolvendo e per essere sempre competitivi bisogna offrire ai propri distributori e dealer un servizio a 360\u00b0. Grazie a questa scelta si espandono anche i confini commerciali, esportando anche in tutto il Sud America. Nel 1984 festeggi i vent\u2019anni di attivit\u00e0, inaugurando la nuova sede di Via Pasteur.<\/p>\r\n

Da qui nascono collaborazioni con varie squadre juniores, dilettanti, donne che portano a successi che aiutano a rendere visibile il marchio Guerciotti. In quegli anni pedalano in sella alla Guerciotti nelle categorie giovanili corridori come Mauro Santambrogio, Jacopo Guarnieri, Adriano Malori e atlete gi\u00e0 affermate come Vera Carrara, Olga Slyoussareva e Valentina Polkhanova.\r\n\r\nE\u2019 cos\u00ec che nel 2004 Guerciotti rientra nel professionismo con la LPR di Omar Piscina, un team giovane che in tre anni \u00e8 comunque riuscito a regalare importanti successi sportivi all\u2019azienda milanese come una Coppa Bernocchi (Danilo Napolitano nel 2005), una tappa al Giro di Svizzera (Daniele Contrini) e la partecipazione a gare storiche come la Milano Sanremo e la Paris Roubaix. In quegli anni corrono con le bici Guerciotti corridori che hanno fatto la storia del ciclismo come Pavel Tonkov e Dmitry Konyshev.\r\n\r\nIl rientro nel circuito professionistico porta immediatamente a risultati commerciali che spingono Paolo Guerciotti ed il figlio Alessandro (entrato ufficialmente in azienda nel 2000) a continuare ad investire in campo professionistico per puntare ad incrementare le vendite. Nasce cos\u00ec il sodalizio con Gianni Savio nel 2007. Da quel momento, la vetrina che si conquista, grazie alla squadra e ai campioni che pedalano in sella alla Guerciotti, porta ad un aumento esponenziale delle vendite di biciclette, che porta alla conquista di nuovi mercati tra cui Sud Africa e Asia (Giappone, Malesya, South Corea, Taiwan) ed il ritorno nel mercato americano. Numerosi sono i successi come la vittoria di Davide Rebellin al giro dell\u2019Emilia e Agostoni, e la conquista di diversi titoli nazionali a crono e in linea.\r\n\r\nA partire dal 2010 il Team Selle Italia Guerciotti diventa in assoluto la squadra di riferimento del ciclocross italiano, conquistando svariati titoli italiani (e soprattutto 3 triplette consecutive nel 2012-2013-2014) e in meno di 10 anni a conquistare oltre 20 titoli nazionali nel ciclocross. Faro del team \u00e8 Gioele Bertolini, il nuovo fuoriclasse del ciclocross italiano.\r\n\r\nNel 2019 Guerciotti ritorna a sponsorizzare un team professional italiano: Team Bardiani CSF.
