On the evening of Wednesday 19 June, the official celebrations of the sixtieth anniversary of Guerciotti, a well-known Milanese brand among the most important in the cycle sector, took place in the exclusive location of Terrazza Martini.
Terrazza Martini and its breathtaking view of Piazza Duomo were the setting for an event of great importance, which, thanks to perfect organizational direction, thrilled and enthused the guests present. Among them also historical figures from the world of cycling, protagonists of numerous victories riding Guerciotti bikes, both on the road, such as Gilberto Simone and Alessandro Bertolini, and in cyclocross, thanks to the presence of former world champions Roland Liboton, Vito Di Tano, Daniele Pontoni, Mike Kluge and Henrik Djernies.
The rooms of the scenographic Terrace were embellished by the display of some important innovations which enrich the already vast assortment of Guerciotti bikes, with the introduction of new products especially in the field of ebikes, a rapidly growing market area and one of the sectors on which the Milanese brand has decided to focus.
Specifically, bikes equipped with the new Polini EP3+ GP engine, a now historic partner, and new proposals characterized by a rear engine were presented, to satisfy all the needs of users who choose to orient their choices towards electric bikes. But the real star of the evening was the SIXTY bike, a limited edition bike, a masterpiece of technique and style, launched to celebrate the company’s sixtieth year of activity.
“We are extremely proud of this evening and of the excellent success of the event” comments Micaela Guerciotti, Marketing Director and director of this important event.
“Reading in the eyes of our guests the emotion they felt in sharing such an important moment with us confirmed to us once again that we are on the right path. It is a new Guerciotti that we are presenting, strong in its history-filled past, but full of enthusiasm and creative drive which translates into unique products and extraordinary projects”.
“It is a source of great satisfaction for us to be able to celebrate such an important moment for our company together with customers and suppliers who represent true partners for us” states Alessandro Guerciotti, CEO of Guerciotti.
“To grow and be able to aim for ambitious goals we cannot it is only important to share the same business vision, but also to build solid relationships that will last over time. And the large participation in this evening’s event is proof of this.”
Here is the final comment from Paolo Guerciotti, founder of the company. “I couldn’t have celebrated this extraordinary anniversary in a better way, which I don’t see as a point of arrival but as a starting point to continue growing and achieving objectives of absolute excellence. And I am proud to have my children next to me. I am sure they will be able to make our star even brighter.”
