THE POLINI E-P3® DRIVE TRAIN SYSTEM
Powerful motor (70Nm with 500W peak), lightweight (only 2850gr) and compact. Equipped with a ventilation filter, it allows access for the lubrication of the gears
as well as the option of equipping the double chainring. Speed, torque, pedaling cadence sensors, predisposition for cut- off and programming port.
The integrated lithium-ion battery gives you an incredible range of 220 km in standard conditions. This is made possible by its 500 Wh and by the advanced software that delivers torque intelligently.

Frame
Carbon monocoque frame designed by Guerciotti in the same way as the Navir’s muscular bike one. Produced in a single mold choosing a mix of top quality Japanese fibers, this frame will surprise you for its reliability and lightness. It is in fact reinforced at the points of maximum torsion and kept as stiff as possible.
Battery
Navir I.ON is equipped with a 500 Wh lithium-ion battery, which will give you a range of assistance up to 220 km. Its special design allows it to be integrated within the frame. The battery support, designed to reduce the visual impact, is made of drawn aluminum. It also integrates perfectly with the engine mount, hiding the control cables inside.
Motor
Navir I.ON’s electric assistance is powered by a powerful 250 watt Italian motor, with a maximum torque of 70 N / m. Polini E-P3 boasts a unique design, compact size and lower weight than the e-bike motors available on the market today. Polini E-P3 offers 5 different levels of assistance. In addition, the 6 km / h walk assistance mode is available, which can be activated via the display and useful if you need to push your Navir I.ON by hand.
Display
The DOT Matrix display mounted on the Navir I.ON handlebar allows you to control, via the integrated Joystic, the functions of your e-bike. The informations remain readable in all lighting conditions thanks to the ambient light sensor. Keep an eye on the level of support, battery charge status, speed, pedaling power and motor power. You can also control the lighting system and activate the assisted walking mode.
Handlebar
With the integral Cable System the wires are integrated within the stem and handlebar, completely hidden. This allows a substantial increase in aerodynamicity, while giving you an aesthetically astonish frameset.
